The Lore
It's a tale as old as the modern day. After years of corporate toil, I was rapidly losing myself, my energy and creative spirit. In an effort to regenerate myself I immersed myself in getting back to nature (aka touching grass) community herbalism projects, connecting to my menstrual cycle and unearthing my creative passions.
In the midst of all this, I sat rewatching Sex and the City and it dawned on me I was entering a new era. My nature (re)connection era.
Nature has always been an OG member of the group but we'd lost touch. Nature is majestic and powerful. Nature teaches us that we can be both strong and soft, delicate and resilient. That we can press when we need to and then fire up our potential to bring our dreams to life.
While studying herbalism, I started creating herbal tea blends and sharing them with close friends and family. They’ve now evolved into a trio of ritual teas made for modern moods. At the same time, I started holding learning spaces and sharing immersive, nature-led experiences. All these elements together gave me a clear path: to cultivate connection through nature.
Nature and the City is an ever-evolving, multi-expressive concept, the type that holds no bounds. Much like madre tierra herself.
