The Lore
It's a tale as old as the modern day. After years of corporate toil, I was rapidly losing myself, my energy and creative spirit. In an effort to regenerate myself I immersed myself in getting back to nature (aka touching grass) community herbalism projects, connecting to my menstrual cycle and unearthing my creative passions.
In the midst of all this, I sat rewatching Sex and the City and it dawned on me I was entering a new era. My nature (re)connection era.
Nature is majestic and powerful. Nature teaches us we can be strong and soft, delicate and resilient. That we can pause when we need to and then fire up our potential to bring our ideas to life.
While studying herbalism, I started creating tea blends which have now evolved into a trio of ritual teas made for modern moods. At the same time, I started facilitating a language learning programme rooted in nature and hosting immersive, sensory experiences. Together this gave me a clear path: to cultivate connection through nature.
Nature and the City is an ever-evolving, multi-expressive concept, the type that holds no bounds. Much like madre tierra herself. ♥
